A small team,deliberately.
Fans Origin started in 2025. We are more than ten engineers and designers spread across time zones, and we work with a handful of clients at a time rather than as many as we can staff.
Why we stay small
A bigger roster means the people who sold the work are rarely the people who do it. We keep the team small enough that the person scoping your project is the person writing the code, and small enough to say no to work we would do badly.
How we are set up
We are distributed across time zones, which means handovers happen at the end of a working day rather than in a weekly call. It also means we can run systems close to your users instead of wherever we happen to sit.
What we will not do
We do not bill for headcount you are not using, and we do not take a slice of a system and leave the integration to someone else. If we cannot own the outcome, we would rather point you somewhere that can.
